  I have always loved this place. I hadn't been in a few years and was thinking about it recently. I live a half hour away and decided to stop by when I was in the area. I didn't remember how it worked with ordering because I hadn't been there in years so I asked for help. The lady and overall staff was so rude to me. She rolled her eyes and thought I was stupid for asking. I had a simple request and she was not polite at all. The food was good but your staff is so bad I refuse to go back because of it. Which is disappointing. I see that the other people who made a review had a good experience which is good but does not reflect my visit. Won't be going back anytime soon.

  Burnt wood has a very unique bar, with an excellent happy hour special. The bar also offers fantastic views of the cuyahoga river.

  I've never been dissatisfied with the food here. The staff is very accommodating and nice. I love to order online and then pick it up on the way home.
