- 3 / 5By Deidre EakinOur family has been going to the Cuyahoga Falls location for over 11 years. Tonight was the worst experience we've ever had. The waitress brought out my hot tea kettle, the tea bags & said she'd be right back with my mug. 10-15 minutes later the mug finally arrived. Our appetizer was brought after our meals and only after I asked for it. We ended up not even touching the appetizer so I asked her to remove it from our bill, which she did. Got home & called the manager just to be told they're slammed due to the craft show. Good grief! It was 5pm when we got there and they were far from slammed. When she rudely asked what she could do I told I didn't want anything frI'm her and I was just making her aware. After all this mess, we will not be back. Too bad because this was one of my favorites.April 18, 2017
