  This place is amazing. The staff is great. I really like the how they dictate how you use the bathroom by having one of those flush handles for light flushing or maximum flushing. They claim it is to benefit the environment. Granted, there is no water shortage in Ohio and the municipal water system of this Starbucks takes and dumps water from the same source. The water is cleaned before dumping and after taking...or so they say. But, at least I get the satisfaction of thinking I am helping the environment by peeing and using a 'light flush'. Using a little bit less of a renewable resource that can also be easily made in a labs really means a lot to a lumberjack like me, who specializes in cutting down healthy and non-bothersome trees, as I drive over ten miles to Starbucks in a 1970s pick-up truck.

  One of the few Starbucks in Summit County that doesn't consistently mess my drink order up. They always remember my name instead of the common "Remind me what your name was again." Abby is a good example of why I come here.
